Company History

In December 1987 I saw an advert about windscreen repairs. Not having any idea what it entails - never saw or heard about it - I decided that this can be a viable workable business. In early February 1988 I drove to Pretoria to buy the business.

Doing the work part time and not knowing anything about running a business or doing marketing, it was a very slow start. My experience and confidence grew over time and slowly I took over the whole market in my area - Kimberley.

My alliances were price, quality, punctuality, visibility, persistence, trustworthiness and ethical business principals. My will to succeed was stronger than my drawbacks, which was a stutterer with a very low self-esteem with no business skills and no marketing experience and I had to speak to big business owners. My focus was zoomed in on my goal - to become the best. That is also what I'm teaching my trainees - to become the best in what they are doing.

There are currently NO BETR WINDSCREEN REPAIR SYSTEMS in 11 countries and spread through the whole of South Africa.

I believe No Betr Windscreen Repairs are teaching the most people in Africa to do windscreen repairs.
